How long does delivery take?

Orders are processed in 1–2 business days and delivered within 3–7 business days anywhere in Pakistan.

Is delivery free?

Yes — delivery is free on all orders above Rs. 1,500. For smaller orders, the delivery fee is shown at checkout.

Can I return a product?

Yes. You have 7 days from delivery to return any unused item in its original packaging. See our Returns & Refunds page for details.

What if my item arrives damaged?

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we'll send a replacement or refund you in full.
